Quality care for all
Friendly and compassionate home care and supported living services in Surrey and West Sussex
“The care was excellent and back-office support was timely. My father required help with day-to-day activities like showering and daily exercise routine which the team helped with patience. The carers are very professional and undertake their duties very well.”

Benefits of home care and supported living
Home care and supported living mean you don’t have to leave the house to receive high-quality care. Stay where you feel comfortable and at ease, and we’ll come to you. Our home care workers can visit as often as you like and will stay from 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on your needs.
Here are 8 reasons why home care or supported living are a great choice:
What makes us different
We understand that looking for care for yourself or a loved one can be stressful and overwhelming. That’s why we respond quickly, offer affordable, transparent pricing and match care workers to clients based on their skills, personality and location.
Why work with us
AM2PM Quality Care was founded with a vision of supporting life’s journeys – both for our clients and our care team. Caring starts at home.
Giving and receiving care is intimate. The last thing we want is for a stressed care worker to rush a visit.
To help our care workers deliver the best possible care, we offer:
Flexible hours
Career progression
Competitive pay
Pension & holidays
Dedicated manager
Ongoing training
“Having worked in care for the past eight years, I have never encountered a team like this — one that supports your decisions, gives you the space to make mistakes, and encourages you to learn and grow from them.
I feel that my voice is genuinely heard, and I am consistently given opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills.
My colleagues have also been incredibly supportive, helping me navigate both personal and professional challenges.”
Get in touch – drop us a line or request a call back. We’ll be in touch to find out more about your needs, and to arrange a home visit.
The home visit – our registered manager will visit you at the home where the care will take place to make sure it’s safe and put together a care plan.
Agree on the care plan – care plans set out how often we visit and the level of support we provide. They adapt over time as your needs change.
Matching the care worker – we match care workers based on their skills and your requirements, your personalities, location, and culture.
Want to change something? – care is never set in stone. If you want to change your care worker, how often we visit or the level of care, let us know.
We align our support with the Human Rights Act and are guided by the principles of the Mental Capacity Act to balance residents’ autonomy with their safety.
